1 General Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the heybajil platform and all services under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and the heybajil operator.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The heybajil.lat website and all related mobile applications and digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has registered or is using the heybajil platform.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created for each member.

If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be closed at any time and all earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Transactions below the specified minimum amounts will not be processed. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the member's verification level and account history.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification or if suspicious activity is suspected.

3.4 Transaction Verification

heybajil may request an identity document, mobile number verification, or other papers for any transaction. heybajil reserves the right to cancel a transaction if the requested documents are not provided within the specified time.

3.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, applicable exchange rates may be applied; heybajil's decision on this matter is final.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

heybajil offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totaling ৳25,000 before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If heybajil believes a member is violating bonus terms, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Certain games or bets may not count toward bonus wagering — please read the detailed terms of each offer.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, heybajil offers special promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP benefits. Separate terms apply to each offer and will be clearly stated alongside the offer.

5 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The heybajil VIP program provides additional benefits and rewards to active members. There are currently three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Members can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. The decision to determine and change VIP tier status is entirely at the discretion of heybajil. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account within a set time.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybajil platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using another member's account or sharing login information.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of the heybajil platform.

6.2 Ensuring Fair Play

heybajil uses technology from established game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Game results are determined entirely at random through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Consequences of Violations

If evidence of the above prohibited activities is found, heybajil reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

heybajil is not responsible for losses incurred through gaming activity. Game outcomes are never guaranteed and the possibility of financial loss always exists. Each member plays at their own judgment and at their own risk.

10.3 Third-Party Issues

heybajil is not directly responsible for issues arising from payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or game providers, but we will cooperate to resolve such issues.

11 Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure.

11.2 Closure by heybajil

heybajil reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these Terms is proven.
• In cases of providing false information.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In cases of failure to pass age verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, only that part will be void; the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the member and heybajil.

14.3 Non-Waiver of Rights

If heybajil does not exercise its rights in any particular case, that shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Language

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
